Can I choose my own music for my wedding film?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that music can be an important part of your wedding day and can greatly enhance the emotional impact of your wedding video. We will work with you and get your input in selecting the perfect music to accompany your video.
We work with music libraries to ensure that the music we use in your video is properly licensed and legal for use. If you have a specific song or piece of music that you would like to use, we can work with you to obtain the necessary licenses.
We want your film to be a true reflection of your style, and we are committed to working with you to make that happen.
How long will it take to receive my wedding video?
You will receive your teaser film within 2 weeks of your wedding, highlight films 4 to 6 weeks after that and for the entire project with documentary film included 2 weeks after.
How will my video be delivered?
Everything will be delivered via our private servers (not google) to ensure privacy and give you the best quality available for your film, google, vimeo and all the public sites will compress your film (no matter how much they say it wont) based on our research the best possible way to ensure quality will be to give you an exclusive access to your wedding in our private server, you can download it as many times as you like and make as many copies as you desire
How many videographers will be filming my wedding?
Depending on the package you will have 1 to 3 cinematographers on site
Silver - 1 Cinematographer
Premium - 1 Master Cinematographer and 1 assistant
Platinum - 2 Master Cinematographers
Gold - 3 Master Cinematographers
Do you offer drone footage with all your packages?
All our packages include free drone footage of your venue (FAA restrictions apply)
How do you capture Audio during the key moments of the day?
Capturing audio is a crucial part of creating a great film. Is the key element to transport you back to those beautiful moments and re live them. We use a range of professional audio equipment to ensure that we capture clear and crisp audio throughout the day.
We do not use anything wireless to avoid any type of interference. Our lapel microphones are discreet and are worn by the groom, and officiant. These microphones capture the dialogue spoken in the key moments during the day and ensure that the vows and speeches are clearly audible in the final video.
We also use directional microphones to capture ambient sounds and background noise during the entire day. The laugh of the getting ready portion, those tears in the first look with love ones, the reaction of mom when you deliver that photo of you and her framed perfectly.
We take great care to position our microphones and audio equipment discreetly and unobtrusively.
By using a combination of professional audio equipment and careful attention to detail, we are able to capture all the important moments of your wedding day in pristine audio quality, ensuring that your wedding video is an unforgettable memory that you will treasure for years to come.
Booking Process
Booking our wedding video services is a straightforward process that begins with checking availability for your wedding day, once you have pick a package we move to discuss the vision for your wedding film. During this consultation, we will discuss your preferences, the process of filming your wedding and possible wedding day schedule, and answer any questions you may have about our services.
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we will give you suggestions of the best package to fit your needs. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will work with you to finalize the details this includes the signing of the contract and answer any questions you may have about it.
To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit of the total fee (the prices you see in our website already include taxes and fees). The remaining balance will be due a month before the wedding.
In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we will be available to you as your advisors in any way possible, bringing our over 8 years of experience to help you in any needs you have including suggestions of vendors we have worked with in the past and meet quality standards to make your day as smooth as possible. We will also conduct a final consultation one month before the wedding to review the details and ensure that we are fully prepared to capture all the important moments of your wedding day, and most importantly that you have time to enjoy the fruits of all the work you are putting in this big day and each moment.
After the wedding, we will begin the post-production process to edit your wedding film, which typically takes several weeks. Once the video is complete, we will provide you with a digital copy.
Overall, our process is designed to be as easy and stress-free as possible, so that you can enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the details of your video.
